REFUNDS - For customer service enquiries, please use the contact form. If you are contacting us regarding a refund, please first check your return tracking and ensure it has been more than 14 days since your item was returned to us.

- The 14-day refund timeframe begins once your return has been received and processed through our warehouse - not necessarily the day it was delivered.
- We are unable to respond to refund enquiries if 14 days have not yet passed.
